Dean E. Hawkins, ASLA is a Landscape Architectural and Land Development Planning firm located in and serving the area around Richmond in central Virginia. Since our founding in 1982, we have provided a wide range of services to clients to meet their needs in the design and planning of properties ranging from private residences to dense commercial and vast industrial plants. A constant effort is made to address the individual design needs of each project and client, regardless of their size, scope or complexity, with each one receiving the attention to detail it deserves.
To accomplish site development planning in today's complex regulatory environment, the Landscape Architect must have a vast knowledge of current laws, codes and design trends. All of these require close attention and need to be addressed to affect a design which will meet the client's desires. We blend all of these factors to formulate designs which satisfy your needs and vision.
